Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Family Physician based in Madison, WI. The Family Physician will provide primary care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care, for patients of all ages. Daily responsibilities include conducting patient consultations, diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions, offering urgent care services, and promoting overall community health. The physician will also collaborate with patients and their families to develop holistic care plans tailored to individual health needs.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Primary Care and Family Medicine
- Experience with Urgent Care and managing acute and chronic medical conditions
- Knowledge of Community Health and comprehensive care delivery
- Medical degree (MD or DO) with current licensure to practice in Wisconsin
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care
- Prior experience in a Direct Primary Care model is a plus
- Board Certification in Family Medicine is preferred
