This is a full-time on-site Volunteer role located in Chicago, IL. Volunteers will assist in various duties that support the healthcare team in providing high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include greeting and guiding patients and visitors, assisting with administrative tasks, supporting event coordination, and delivering excellent customer service while promoting a welcoming and compassionate environment for all individuals.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients, visitors, and team members.
• Organizational and time-management skills to assist with administrative and event-related tasks.
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and approach sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Commitment to equitable care by demonstrating inclusivity and empathy for diverse populations.
• Basic computer skills for tasks such as data entry and email communication are beneficial.
• Prior volunteer experience in a healthcare or similar setting is a plus but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; current students are also encouraged to apply.
