Job Description

A night shift role that offers variety, challenge, and growth - all within one hospital. As part of our Internal Float Pool, you'll rotate between ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support units at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center.

Responsibilities:

• Floating between Med/Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU support units
• Delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Adapting quickly to different unit workflows while maintaining clinical excellence

Requirements:

• Minimum 18 months of Med/Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred)
• Ability to meet the following per 6-week schedule: 2 Fridays, 2 Mondays, 1 Weekend

Salary : $83,400 - $146,000
