Registered Nurse

Job Summary:

• A night shift role with a dynamic environment that offers variety, challenge, and growth.
• Rotates between ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support units at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center.
• Requires 18 months of Med/Surg or Telemetry RN experience, with a minimum of 2 years preferred.

Duties:

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Adapt quickly to different unit workflows while maintaining clinical excellence.
• Implement strategies to reduce patient risk and increase patient safety.
• Assess patient and family readiness to learn and individualize the approach as necessary.
• Work collaboratively to develop strategies to meet the learning needs of the patient and family.
• Actively coordinate the discharge plan utilizing an interdisciplinary approach.
• Apply evidence-based practice to deliver patient care.
• Consistently incorporate nursing and regulatory standards of care into practice.

Salary : $65,000 - $95,000
