Registered Nurse (RN) - Pre Surgical Testing and Clinic

Where You Will Work: 

Pre-surgical Testing and Pre-Operative Clinic requires high attention-to-detail and collaboration to ensure patients are optimized for surgery. 

We’re Looking For: 

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing

• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices 

• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association  

• Appropriate candidates would have 10 years of RN experience related to providing education, using clinical skills, and understanding the requirements for surgery.  

• Time management and problem-solving skills 

What You’ll Do: 

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.  

• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills professional communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.  

• Duties include patient calls prior to surgery as well as direct patient care in the PST Clinic. Gathering and reviewing preoperative information and results.
