- Patient population: Neuro focus, Stroke, Seizures, Diabetes, Electrolyte Imbalance, Kidney Disease, Mental Health, Dementia, Alzheimer's

- Skill Mix: equal mix of new graduates and experienced team staff
- Typical RN to Patient Ratio: Days: 1:4-5, Nights: 1:5-6
What we are looking for:
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
- New RN's and Experienced RN's WELCOME!
What you will do:
- Build foundational skills and knowledge through Nurse Residency and Preceptor directed orientation.
- Build skills in time management, triaging accountabilities, communication skills, pharmacology, lab interpretation, pathophysiology of disease process through a variety of med/surg patients with acute and chronic conditions.
- Coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
- Develop collaborative relationships with a resourceful multi-disciplinary team.
- Provide continuity of patient care through 12-hour shifts, patient centered care and team minded support.
- Be a valued member of a highly skilled, resilient, and versatile nursing team committed to ensuring the delivery of quality and compassionate healthcare to diverse patient populations.
Schedule:
- Self-scheduling: 6-week schedules
- 12-hour shifts: 7:00 pm to 7:30 am
- Every third weekend and 50% holiday rotation
Benefits:
- SIGN-ON BONUS: up to $10,000 payable after hire
