Graduate Respiratory Therapist (RT) - Day Shift

Location: Advocate Condell Medical Center – Libertyville, IL 
Schedule: Full-time | 36 hrs/week | 1rst Shift | Adult Care and NICU | Every other weekend & holiday rotation 
Pay Range: $35.50 - $53.25
$10K Sign-On Bonus (paid out through first year)  Loan Forgiveness up to $21K!

What You’ll Do 

• Provide exceptional respiratory care for adult and NICU patients 

• Manage ventilators and perform therapeutic procedures 

• Administer medications and educate patients and families 

• Collaborate across care teams to ensure safe, quality outcomes 

What You’ll Bring 

• Graduate of an accredited respiratory care program (associate degree minimum) 

• CRT within 45 days of hire 

• BLS certification (AHA)
