This role will support executive search efforts across the enterprise and play a key part in ensuring a seamless and professional experience for candidates, hiring leaders, and internal stakeholders throughout the executive recruitment process.
Major Responsibilities:
Coordinate complex interview schedules for executive-level candidates, including panel interviews and leadership engagements.
Manage candidate communications, ensuring timely updates and a high-touch experience.
Arrange travel, accommodations, and virtual interview logistics as needed.
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and executive search databases.
Prepare candidate summaries, interview guides, and feedback forms for hiring teams.
Support offer and onboarding processes in collaboration with HR and Talent Acquisition partners.
Serve as a liaison between executive recruiters, hiring leaders, and candidates.
Ensure smooth communication and alignment across all stages of the search process.
Support executive search reporting and metrics tracking.
Handle sensitive candidate and organizational information with the highest level of discretion.
Uphold a professional and welcoming experience for all executive-level candidates.
Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:

Education Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field.
Experience Required:
Typically requires 2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, executive search support, or HR operations.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, and applicant tracking systems.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
