What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receiving Associate position at ADVOCARE INTERNATIONAL LLC?
Job Summary & General Duties:
- Perform accurate and timely shipping/receiving of AdvoCare products in and out of Distribution Center.
- Daily unloading and loading of product from inbound and outbound trucks.
- Performing Carrier Inspections for all shipments.
- Ensuring the accuracy of Bill of Lading.
- Reporting product received discrepancies, and all other issues to Supply Chain, Inventory and QA/QC Departments.
- Perform "Goods Receipt" in Oracle Applications.
- Check Bill of lading quantities vs. physical counts.
- Provide weekly count of all shipper boxes in stock.
- Assist Inventory Control with daily inventory transfers.
- Assist or perform warehouse tasks given by management to support business needs.

Knowledge and Skills Preferred:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Minimum of 1 year working experience
- Understanding of LPN's, lot numbers, purchase orders and best by dates
- Oracle Applications
- Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
- Wireless Inventory system (TELNET)
- Operation of various types of forklifts within the Distribution Center-(Reach Trucks, Counterbalance, Order pickers and Scissor Lifts)
