What You'll Be Responsible For
- Creating a welcoming, high-end first impression for all new patients
- Capturing patient photos (face and intraoral)
- Assisting during new patient exams and consultations
- Presenting treatment plans and financial options with clarity and confidence
- Coordinating and scheduling treatment starts
- Following up with pending patients to drive case acceptance
- Re-engaging unscheduled or delayed treatment patients
- A highly personable, polished professional who thrives in a patient-facing role
- Someone with strong communication skills and natural sales ability
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
- Dental experience
- OR strong experience in retail, hospitality, or consultative sales
- Monday: 8:15 AM - 6:15 PM
- Tuesday & Wednesday: 6:45/7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (flexible; optional Thursday instead)
High school diploma required
