Hiring: Lead Technical Architect (Networking / Security)
Location: King of Prussia, Pennsylvania (Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week)
Type: 4-Month Contract-to-Hire
Start Date: October 2025
We are seeking a seasoned Lead Technical Architect (LTA) with deep networking and security expertise to join a high-performing engineering team. This role is client-facing and requires someone who can lead technical discussions, support delivery and implementation, and mentor junior engineers across multiple projects in the Northeast region.
Key Details:
Hybrid role: Onsite 2 days per week in King of Prussia, PA
Travel: Up to 20% to client sites across NYC, Upstate NY, and New England
Full-time (M–F, 40 hours per week)
Mileage reimbursement provided
Contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential
Technical Requirements:
Strong background in Cisco networking and security (CCIE-level preferred)
Hands-on experience with:
VXLAN, MPLS, Cisco SDA, DNAC (Catalyst Center)
Cisco ACI, Nexus 9000, NDFC (Nexus Dashboard Fabric Controller)
VMware NSX-T, Cisco ISE, Meraki, Cisco Wireless Controllers
Proven ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot complex network architectures
Experience mentoring and guiding engineering teams
What You’ll Do:
Act as the senior technical authority for networking and security initiatives
Lead post-sales implementation and delivery projects
Collaborate with engineers, customers, and sales teams to ensure project success
Mentor and coach a team of engineers, helping develop their technical capabilities
Participate in customer-facing meetings and provide high-level architectural input
This position offers a mix of technical leadership, hands-on engineering, and mentorship within a fast-moving environment.
