Financial Advisor Assistant

Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Advisor Assistant to join our team in Sacramento. This is a full-time, in-office role that plays a vital part in supporting the day-to-day operations of our financial services practice. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and excellent communication abilities.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and update client records in the CRM systemPrepare paperwork for new and existing client accountsProcess business transactions accurately and in a timely mannerMaintain and update monthly logs and internal tracking systemsSchedule client meetings and manage the advisor's calendarServe as the primary point of contact for client communications via phone, email, and in personAnswer incoming calls and route messages appropriatelyAssist with general administrative duties and office support tasks as neededEnsure compliance with internal procedures and industry regulationsQualifications:Prior experience in a financial services or professional office environment preferredStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (experience with Redtail, Salesforce, or similar platforms is a plus)Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalismHigh attention to detail and accuracyWork Environment:This is a full-time, in-office position based in Sacramento, CAStandard business hours, Monday through FridayCompensation:Competitive salary based on experience (range $50,000-$70,000)Benefits package available (details provided during interview process)How to Apply: Interested candidates should submit a resume and a brief cover letter outlining relevant experience and interest in the role.Allison Wealth Management is an equal opportunity employer.
