Job Summary
Dynamic, fast-paced role which includes escrow operations and customer support. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CD Processor and Closer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with preparing seller docs, clearing title, preparing Closing Disclosures (CDs), managing closing files, and working closely with buyers, sellers, realtors, and lenders to ensure smooth, timely closings.
Essential duties
· Prepare accurate Closing Disclosures and ALTA settlement statements
· Coordinate all aspects of the closing process, including scheduling, document preparation, and disbursements
· Review title commitments and clear title issues prior to closing
· Preparing seller docs and affidavits
· Communicate with lenders, agents, buyers, and sellers to obtain necessary documentation
· Ensure compliance with industry standards, policies, and regulations
· Manage files from contract through post-closing
Knowledge and Skills
· 3 years of experience as a title processor and/or closer
· Strong knowledge of real estate closing procedures and Florida title laws
· Proficiency with title SoftPro is a plus
· Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
· Strong communication and customer service abilities
· Bilingual English/Spanish is a big plus
· Notary Public Commission

Pay: $65,000.00 - $77,000.00 per year
