We are hiring an In-Office Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Quoter for the Advisors Insurance Group in Livonia, Michigan. This hybrid desk position involves handling quoting, requotes, renewals, and day-to-day client services, with complete training provided on our core systems.
Job Overview

- Experience: No prior insurance experience required; complete training provided.
What You Will Do
- Manage requotes and renewals and submitting information directly to carrier portals.
- Generate quotes for new business across both personal lines (home, auto) and commercial lines (business liability, property).
- Utilize our HawkSoft Agency Management System (AMS) to accurately document interactions, update client policy files, and track workflows.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client questions via phone, email, and office walk-ins.
- Process everyday client service requests including policy endorsements, billing changes, and issuing certificates of insurance.
What We Are Looking For

- High attention to detail with comfortable computer and data-entry literacy.
- Willingness to learn how to navigate carrier quoting systems and master the HawkSoft AMS.
- A Michigan Property & Casualty (P&C) license is preferred, but not nessecary or a willingness to obtain it shortly after hiring (we provide study and licensing support).
