As a Transitions Consultant, you’ll have the opportunity to build relationships with Financial Advisors across the country. It will be your responsibility to manage their onboarding and transition to our Wealth Management RIA and brokerage platform. What You’ll Do
- Lead full-cycle advisor transitions, coordinating AEWM communication, customized plans, timelines, and ongoing support to 95% book completion and platform mastery.
- Train advisors and staff on AEWM systems, processes, and products while ensuring accurate, compliant custodial/firm paperwork.
- Maintain Salesforce (AEC) records, stay current on brokerage/advisory/insurance operations, and partner with Compliance and Accounting on licensing, registration, and payout setup.
- Troubleshoot issues with custodians and external partners quickly and deliver exceptional service to advisor requests.
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Confident, professional, and articulate in written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational skills: capacity to manage a heavy workload while navigating a variety of competing, ever-changing priorities
- PC proficiency, ability to work on several platforms at once
- Series 7, 63/65 or 66, and 24
- Knowledge of brokerage, advisory, and insurance products
- Experience in training systems for professional audiences
