About the role:
Our Financial Planning Team is looking for an experienced Client Service Associate/Administrative Assistant to join a small team of professionals in a fast-paced office. This is a part-time position, 30-32 hours per week; Monday through Friday is preferred. Responsibilities in this role include operational administrative processing related to financial planning, and providing professional, friendly support to clients and fellow team members. Many of the daily tasks include customer service duties, responding to ad hoc requests and preparing and processing new investment, insurance, and annuity paperwork. As in most planning firms, you will wear a lot of hats, and every day is different.

Essential Responsibilities:
· Prepare client kits and materials needed for upcoming client appointments
· Prepare and process new account paperwork, in good order, for clients and the advisor
· Prepare any additional materials or forms for clients as a follow-up to client meetings
· Create and maintain client accounts in the CRM system
· Manage inbound and outbound calls with care and professionalism
· Research and resolve account issues or various questions from clients or advisor
· Manage and handle advisor notifications
Requirements:
· Must have prior experience (3 years) working with a wealth manager, financial advisor, or insurance advisor
· FINRA SIE, Series 7, Series 66, and CO Life Insurance licenses are preferred or willingness to acquire
· 5 years of experience in client services or customer support
· An associate’s degree is preferred
· Knowledge of CRM software systems (RedTail experience is highly desired); proficiency with MS Office Suite; strong aptitude for learning new software
· Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written
