Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Internal Sales Representative – Life & Annuities, based in Tampa, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for inside sales operations, proactively managing client relationships, responding to inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction. Key activities include generating and qualifying leads, delivering tailored product information, and maintaining accurate account records. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business goals and track progress toward sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
- Proficiency in Account Management and building client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
