Role Description
The Internal Sales Representative – Life & Annuities will play a key role in driving client acquisition and revenue through inside sales efforts. This full-time position will be responsible for lead generation, account management, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships with clients. This is an on-site role located in Tampa, FL. The position involves daily communication with potential and current clients, guiding them through products and services, and collaborating with the team to achieve sales goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales, including the ability to engage prospective clients and communicate product value effectively
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build client trust and deliver excellent support
- Experience with Lead Generation and identifying potential opportunities to grow the business
- Competence in Account Management to maintain and nurture client relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Life and Annuities sales experience or knowledge is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
