Summary of Position
Advisor Legacy is seeking to hire a Lead Coach. The Lead Coach is designed or a professional who has passion and experience for the financial services industry, with strengths in teaching and providing accountability to other professionals. After company-specific training, the Lead Coach will be expected to facilitate coaching meetings within their first 90 days with the organization. The right candidate will have applicable coaching experience in the financial services industry that allows them to seamlessly learn Advisor Legacy's processes.
Key Responsibilities
Client Service (Meeting Leadership)
- Capable of leading all elements of the Support Team Coaching Service, specifically 1:1's and Leadership Follow-ups.
- Capable of leading all elements of the Advisor Growth Coaching Service, specifically Topic Focused Advisor Training, Accountability Meetings, and Leadership Follow-ups.
- Capable of leading all elements of the Operations Coaching Service, specifically Strategic Practice Management Meetings, Team Meetings, Production Meetings, and Weekly Recap Meetings.
- Capable of leading all elements of the Executive Coaching Service, specifically topics included in Advisor Legacy's 5 pillars of practice management - Vision, People, Operations, Growth, and Legacy.
- Capable of leading all coaching elements of the Legacy Choice Service.
- Capable of leading all coaching elements of the Deal Support Service.
Client Service (Production Work)
- Taking meeting notes and sending summaries to clients.
- Completing tasks from client meetings.
- Updating client task lists in Microsoft Teams and other applicable sites.
- Creating reports, dashboards, task views, quick texts, and other applicable programs within the CRM.
Growth & Sales
- Supporting with the marketing and growth initiatives to drive business to Advisor Legacy.
- Asking for referrals within client meetings.
- Identifying other business opportunities through existing client services.
Internal/Other Responsibilities
- Participating in team L10s and Stand Up Meetings.
- Managing To Dos, Headlines, Issues, and Rocks in 90.io.
- Completing all assigned regular Leapsome surveys.
- Completing annual employee engagement surveys, such as Crain's and internally via Leapsome.
- Participating in team activities, such as National Day of Service, culture building activities, and more.
- Supporting the organizational Vision/Traction Organizer and other goals.
Soft Skills & General Expectations
- Replying to e-mails within 24 hours.
- Updating and maintaining client records in HubSpot.
- Displaying punctuality in all matters.
- Showing attention to detail in all work.
- Having clearness in all communication.
- Share client updates with others on diamond team.
- Supporting or leading client meetings for other coaches, as requested.

Work Environment and Physical Demands
This job operates in a traditional office landscape, routinely using standard office equipment such as a laptop, phone, and headphones. This is largely a sedentary role. The appropriate technology will be provided by Advisor Legacy to do all basic elements of the day-to-day responsibilities.
Position Outline
The Lead Coach is a full-time, hourly position.
This position has a hybrid structure of half time in office (Troy, MI) and half time remote.
This is a full-time position with the following daily hours:
- Monday-Thursday: 8:00am-4:30pm (ET)
- Friday: 8:00am-2:30pm (ET)
Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for the Associate Coach is $64,385 - $93,358.
