Minimum Requirements
- The desire to work long-term in the financial industry
- 1-2 years of office experience in a fast-paced environment
- Industry knowledge/experience preferred
- Experience with MS Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quickly
- Effective communication with clients, advisors and staff members
- Significant familiarity with financial markets with strong understanding of the firm’s investment philosophy
- Keeps an organized account of client needs and objectives
- Ability to prioritize and work in a deadline driven environment
- Effective and efficient time management
- Significant understanding of operational policies and procedures
- Prior to client meetings check files and confirm all documents are in folder for meeting
- Greet clients and engage in brief conversation while escorting them to the conference room
- Take detailed notes during meeting and update/add meeting actions in a timely manner
- Prepare Rollover Analysis for each new qualified account transition, determine client’s best interest and obtain Advisor approval
- When applicable prepare compliance forms during initial recommendation of insurance product
- Familiarize yourself with our Four Bucket Strategy for investment expectations
- Act as a liaison and first point of contact between different departments to ensure a seamless transition to Wheelhouse
- Resolve and handle client concerns and issues within 1-2 business days
- Document CRM system with notes and client communication
- Proactively identify and resolve prospective client pain points while delivering exceptional customer service
