The main role is to manage Advisors' calendars, follow up with clients, and support events. Minimum Requirements:
- 2-5 years of administrative experience preferred
- Great phone and computer skills
- Confident in abilities in learning software, calendars, etc.
- Taking initiative and completing tasks without being asked or reminded
- Strong attention to detail required
- Strong work ethic and follow-through
- Ability to prioritize and efficiently manage timelines of projects/tasks
- Experience with a CRM preferred

- $19/hr.-$21/hr. based on experience
- This is a part-time position – 10-20 hours a week
- Some evenings and weekends are required occasionally for special events
