OFFICE / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
JOB SUMMARY:
WE ARE SEEKING A RELIABLE AND ORGANIZED OFFICE MANAGER TO OVERSEE DAILY ADMINISTRATIVE OPERATIONS IN OUR PRINT SHOP. THIS ROLE IS ESSENTIAL TO KEEPING THE OFFICE RUNNING SMOOTHLY, SUPPORTING STAFF, AND ENSURING EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- ANSWER AND DIRECT INCOMING PHONE CALLS IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER
- GREET CUSTOMERS AND ASSIST WITH INQUIRIES AND ORDER COORDINATION
- ENTER CUSTOMER INVOICES IN QB
- ENTER BILLS / ACCOUNTS PAYABLE IN QB
- MAKE BANK DEPOSITS WEEKLY
- MANAGE HOURLY EMPLOYEE TIMECARDS FOR ACCOUNTING TO PROCESS PAYROLL
- MAINTAIN ACCURATE FINANCIAL AND CUSTOMER RECORDS
- ORDER OFFICE AND PRODUCTION SUPPLIES AS NEEDED
- MONITOR INVENTORY LEVELS AND COORDINATE RESTOCKING
- MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS AND VENDORS
- COORDINATE WITH PRODUCTION STAFF TO SUPPORT WORKFLOW AND DEADLINES
- HANDLE INCOMING AND OUTGOING MAIL AND SHIPMENTS
- ASSIST WITH SCHEDULING, FILING, AND GENERAL OFFICE ORGANIZATION
- DEVELOPMENT OF NEW PRINT SERVICES
QUALIFICATIONS:
- PREVIOUS ADMINISTRATIVE OR OFFICE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
- FAMILIARITY WITH QUICKBOOKS
- STRONG COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS
- EXCELLENT ORGANIZATIONAL AND MULTITASKING ABILITIES
- BASIC COMPUTER SKILLS (EMAIL, SPREADSHEETS, DATA ENTRY)
- ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY AND AS PART OF A TEAM
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE:
HOURS OF WORK: FULL-TIME POSITION, MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY 8:00AM - 5:00PM
PAY: COMPETITIVE HOURLY WAGE OR SALARY BASED ON EXPERIENCE.
BENEFITS: MAY INCLUDE PAID TIME OFF (PTO) AND HOLIDAYS
