Duties Include
- Hiring/Training/Supervising Your Staff - Team Lead, Med Techs, Home Health Aides
- Building Relationships with Staff, Residents, Families and Community Directors
- Assessments of new residents or those being discharged back from a hospital/rehab center
- On-Call
- Oversight for all shifts
- Working the floor as support
- Weekly Payroll and Scheduling
- Utilizing all Your Nursing and Management Skills
- Providing exceptional care to a diverse patient population
- Working and learning with an interdisciplinary team of care providers
- Private Duty, Skilled and Hospice
- Current Michigan License - LPN
- Minimum one (1) year experience
- Updated Tuberculin (TB) test and current CPR certification
- Clear Criminal History/Drug Screen
- Critical thinking, task competence and the ability to think on your feet
- Problem solving skills and the ability to multi-task
