Requirements
- Current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Prior experience in Home Health or similar field is preferred
- Experience in Wound Care and Medication set-up a plus
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Compassionate and patient-centered attitude
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Current CPR certification and up-to-date TB test
- Willingness to travel within the designated service area
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
