Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including medication management, grooming, incontinence care, food preparation, feeding, bathing, laundry, and light housekeeping
- Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment by following safety policies and procedures
- Encourage an atmosphere of optimism, warmth, and sincere concern for each resident and their family
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure resident-centered care
- Prior experience preferred (PCC experience preferred)
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or active license
- Basic Life Support (BLS)/Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certificate
- Tuberculosis (TB) clearance
- Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (MMR) clearance
- Previous experience working with seniors and desire to serve and care for seniors
- Experience with Alzheimer's or dementia care
- High school diploma or equivalency required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous Med Passer experience required
