We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Assistant to join our team in the North Shore Area! As a Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for the upkeep of our facility and all its needs. Your skills in plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems will be valuable in inspecting buildings, equipment, and systems for any issues, maintaining inventory, and scheduling repairs. You will provide efficient operation and upkeep of the property, building, and grounds in a supportive role.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems for any issues
- Maintain inventory and schedule repairs
- Perform general maintenance of the facility and grounds
- Provide efficient operation and upkeep of the property, building, and grounds
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years related experience (will train)
- Full time, 40 hours/week with alternating weekends
