Job Summary:
As a Concierge at AdviniaCare Venice, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Answering phone calls, greeting clients, and responding to inquiries in a prompt and professional manner
Maintaining accurate records, including tracking client information and managing office supplies
Providing support with scheduling, communication, and other administrative tasks as needed
Ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently, demonstrating a keen sense of organization and attention to detail
Qualifications:
Experience with multi-line phone systems and ability to work under pressure
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and data entry
Excellent customer service skills
Experience with supply management and office equipment (fax machines, copiers, etc.)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or coursework in a related field a plus
