If you feel that you have what it takes to contribute to our team and our mission, to devote yourself to the lives of others, then AdviniaCare is the organization for you.JOB DESCRIPTIONResponsible for all maintenance department operations & personnelRegular inspections of the facility, for safety, upkeep, appearance & equipment performanceSupervise and assign maintenance staff responsibilities and schedulesSchedule & ensure completion of all maintenance & repairsProvide oversight of maintenance/repairs & ensure contracted services are completed in a timely fashionMaintains records of all repairs, preventative maintenance, warranties, and inspectionsCoordinating department operations, budgets, and monitoring expendituresEnsure all maintenance work is in accordance with State/Federal & OSHA standardsMust have the ability to be “on-call” for emergency situationsQUALIFICATIONS5 years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, electric, carpentry & general maintenancePrior supervisory experience in a Healthcare maintenance settingMinimum of a high school diploma or equivalentStrong work ethic, intense drive, initiative for quality serviceSolid computer skills; working knowledge of MS OfficeAbility to multi-task / stay on task & maintain focus in stressful situationsEvidence of solid leadership and supervision skills
