JOB DESCRIPTION
A team-oriented individual with a positive attitude that will assist the residents who have difficulties completing basic tasks throughout the day and night. Their responsibilities include medication management, grooming, incontinence care, food preparation, feeding, bathing, laundry, light housekeeping. Furthermore, following safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment for our residents. Encourage an atmosphere of optimism, warmth, and sincere concern for each of our residents, making a positive impact in their lives and their families.
QUALIFICATIONS
Current Mrd Tech certificate
- BLS/CPR Certificate
- TB or chest xray
- Previous experience working with seniors and desire to serve and care for seniors
- Experience with Alzheimer’s or dementia care
- High school diploma or equivalency required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous Med Passer experience required
Must pass Level 2 background screening
