Responsibilities:
- Take vital signs, perform assessments, and administer medications as ordered
- Care for wounds, oversee patient treatment plans, and provide emotional support
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment plans
- Provide physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families
- Ensure the safety and physical comfort of each patient
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (RN) from an accredited institution
- Active applicable state licensure
- American Heart Association issued BLS and ACLS certifications
- Clean background check and clean drug screen
- Nursing experience preferred
- Requires stamina and physical strength
- Infection control knowledge and administering medication skills
- Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent exposure to patients and families
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care
