We are seeking an early-career administrative professional who is looking to gain exposure to the investor relations and private equity space. This could be anyone from a recent college grad through to an admin who has a few years of experience under their belt.
The Role:
This newly created role will serve as the right hand to a fast paced and high-performing Investor Relations team (they are currently preparing to launch a new fund in Q1). The position provides exceptional administrative and logistical support, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow across the team with a “no job too big or too small” mentality.
As the IR team frequently travels globally, this individual will act as a reliable point of contact who keeps operations running smoothly and anticipates needs while the team is on the road. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Investor Relations team, including scheduling meetings and coordinating complex calendars across multiple time zones
- Assist with travel arrangements, expense reporting, and logistics for meetings and conferences
- Help prepare presentation materials, investor communications, and meeting documents
- Maintain CRM records (DealCloud) and assist with data entry or tracking investor interactions
- Coordinate meeting logistics (Zoom links, conference rooms, catering, etc.)
- Monitor inboxes, flag urgent requests, and ensure follow-up during team travel periods
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Support ad-hoc projects and assist with special initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
- 0–3 years of relevant experience (finance, investor relations, or professional services preferred)
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professional, dependable, and discreet with sensitive materials
- Tech-savvy with working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Zoom, and ideally Concur or CRM systems (DealCloud experience a plus)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible and proactive. Willing to pitch in wherever needed and respond to occasional after-hours requests
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and a “no task too big or too small” mindset
Compensation: $55k-$65k plus Bonus, Strong Benefits, and 401K (with match)
