Your Mission  


Build the digital foundation that powers billions in channel marketing. As a Full Stack .NET Developer, you'll design, develop, and enhance mission-critical web applications that serve 200 leading brands. You'll build scalable solutions, lead technical initiatives, and create seamless user experiences that drive operational excellence across our enterprise platforms.


What You'll Do  


 Full Stack Development  

- Design, code, and test high-quality applications in a fast-paced environment using .NET, C#, and MS SQL Server

- Work across the entire system architecture to develop highly scalable products and solutions

- Create modern, scalable code using contemporary design patterns and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) frameworks

- Develop responsive UI/UX solutions that deliver exceptional user experiences


 Technical Leadership  

- Lead projects from a technical perspective, driving initiatives from concept to deployment

- Collaborate with solutions architects, business stakeholders, and leadership to define technical solutions and design approaches

- Communicate project status, technical obstacles, and solutions to project management

- Troubleshoot, debug, maintain, and enhance existing software systems


 API & Integration Excellence  

- Design and implement Web Services using REST and other modern protocols

- Build scalable integrations that connect diverse systems and data sources

- Apply application security best practices to protect sensitive data and systems


 Collaborative Innovation  

- Partner with IT personnel, operations teams, management, and client representatives across all organizational levels

- Participate in documentation, design, development, testing, and implementation of new sites and systems

- Work in a highly collaborative team environment to deliver robust solutions

- Mentor and assist team members in maintaining technical excellence


What You Bring  


 Required  

- 5 years of professional experience developing mission-critical applications

- Expertise in C#, .NET, and MS SQL Server

- Strong experience with modern design patterns and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)

- Functional knowledge and hands-on experience with Web Services (REST, etc.)

- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design

- Strong grasp of relational databases and Object-Oriented Programming best practices

- Fundamental understanding of application security and industry best practices

- Proven ability to work across full system architecture

- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

- Excellent troubleshooting and debugging capabilities


 Education  

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience


 Preferred  

- Certifications in current Microsoft-based technologies (.NET, etc.)

- Experience with modern front-end frameworks (React)

- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines

- Familiarity with agile/scrum methodologies

- Experience in financial, channel marketing, advertising, or incentive programs
