Duties
- Assist with the setup, coordination, and breakdown of outdoor events and activities, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish
- Loading and unloading equipment from trailers
- Ensure safety standards are met by performing manual handling tasks, heavy lifting, and adhering to safety protocols
- Support outdoor work duties such as maintaining cleanliness, setting up equipment, and assisting with outdoor games or performances
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently in public speaking situations
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting safely and efficiently
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions with excellent guest service orientation
- Proven ability to manage conflicts calmly and professionally while maintaining a positive attitude
