Adventure Van Expo is a traveling expo in the United States. We are a consumer based show focused on all things Adventure Vans. We also include a festival component with live music, camping and food/drink.

Role Description
This is a part-time traveling role from May to October with 7 expos a year. Your role would be to travel and attend each expo and help with the event layout, retail, parking, and customer service. If you have videography or any media based skills there is potential for more work. Each show runs from midday thurs-sunday. Fuel costs will be covered.
Qualifications
- A vehicle that can travel long distances and would allow for camping
- retail organization
- Customer service skills
- Sales skills to assist with merch sales
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle diverse event-related tasks.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and perform physical tasks related to event setup and breakdown.
- While not required, previous experience in the events industry or familiarity with outdoor and adventure-related products is a plus.
