This role focuses on marketing and branding responsibilities. It offers growth opportunities with added tasks to support Adventure Tours' expansion.
Requirements:
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Marketing/sales generating experience.
- Must be a “self-starter" with strong organizational skills and demonstrate the ability to prioritize
- MUST be computer savvy.
- Customer service experience.
- Transportation/tourism experience is a plus.
- Ability to successfully negotiate and navigate contracts.
- One to two years of sales experience.
- Social Media platform management experience.
Responsibilities:
- Entry of all incoming sales requests in our dispatch system
- Responding to all quotes received within 4 hours
- Answer phone calls and provide charter quotes to customers
- Follow up with customers on any needs or requirements to close sale(s)
- Compose bid proposals
- Assist in updating social media, company profiles and websites
- Create reports needed for management
- Create/follow up on marketing opportunities
- Assist to generate outside sales leads
- Attend transportation/tourism networking functions as they are scheduled
- Create/oversee social media posts and campaigns
- Create & execute email marketing campaigns
- Other tasks as assigned
