- Verify insurance benefits and eligibility
- Submit, track, and follow up on insurance claims
- Resolve claim issues and denials
- Communicate clearly with insurance companies and patient families
- Review treatment estimates and maximize insurance benefits
- Work closely with our clinical and front office teams to create an exceptional patient experience
- Stay current on insurance policies and dental coding
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in dental insurance coordination (required)
- Knowledge of PPO plans, claim processing, and dental terminology
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- A positive, team-first attitude
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Someone who is dependable, motivated, and enjoys working with children and families
- Eaglesoft or Open Dental experience is a plus
