Adventure Ready Brands is looking for a driven, ambitious Sales Representative who is ready to take on greater responsibility, make an impact, and grow with a growing company.

This is an early-career opportunity for someone with 1–3 years of sales experience who wants more ownership and the opportunity to make a bigger impact. You’ll build and grow customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and work closely with our sales leadership team to deliver results.

What You’ll Do

• Own and grow sales within an assigned territory and portfolio of accounts.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities to expand sales and product assortment.
• Develop new business and pursue opportunities with new and existing customers.
• Build and execute account plans to achieve sales and margin goals.
• Partner with customers, Rep Groups, and internal teams to execute sales strategies.
• Monitor account performance, forecast sales, and use data to identify opportunities and make informed decisions.
• Take ownership of customer needs, solve problems, and follow through to deliver results.
• Travel to customer meetings, trade shows, Rep Group meetings, and other sales activities.

In addition:

• 1–3 years of sales experience; B2B, consumer products, retail, or CPG preferred.
• A track record of achieving goals or measurable results.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable taking initiative.
• Curious, coachable, and eager to learn.
• Strong business judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Ability to travel approximately 40–50%.
