Customer Service Representative - Solve Problems. Keep Things Moving. Support Our Customers.

Adventure Ready Brands is looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative who enjoys solving problems, working with people, and keeping things moving in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you’ll support customers throughout the order process, from order entry and fulfillment through returns, credits, shipping, and issue resolution. You’ll work closely with Sales, Logistics, Quality, and other teams to provide timely answers, solve problems, and ensure a positive customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Process and manage customer orders, EDI transactions, returns, credits, backorders, shipping, and billing accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to customer calls and emails, research questions and issues, and take ownership through resolution.
• Build strong customer relationships by providing timely communication, proactive follow-up, and effective solutions.
• Partner with Sales, Logistics, Quality, and other teams to coordinate solutions and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer accounts and system information while following established procedures, cGMP requirements, and quality standards.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, support the Customer Service team, and identify opportunities to improve processes and service.

• Ability to make decisions and take ownership within established guidelines.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
