We’re looking for someone who can lead by example, keep our team motivated, and make sure every guest has an amazing experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure the facility runs smoothly.
- Lead, train, and support team members.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle guest concerns professionally.
- Manage staff assignments, breaks, and shift responsibilities.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper operation of attractions.
- Assist with parties, group events, and special activities.
- Help maintain company policies and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Previous management or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable leading a team and handling multiple responsibilities.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A positive attitude and a passion for working with people!
Pay: From $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 30.0 per week
