We are looking for a Pediatric Physical Therapist (full or part time!) who brings a play-based, relationship-driven approach and a passion for helping children grow. In this role, you will support children in building strength, coordination, and functional movement skills through meaningful, engaging therapy experiences tailored to each child.
You’ll be part of a collaborative, supportive team where your clinical expertise is valued and your growth is prioritized.
Schedule & Expectations
- Consistent weekly schedule to support continuity of care

What You’ll Do
- Complete comprehensive, evaluations to understand each child’s movement, coordination, and functional participation
- Develop and implement individualized, play-based treatment plans that support motor development, regulation, and independence
- Provide engaging, hands-on therapy sessions that promote success, confidence, and skill development
- Adapt activities and environments to support participation across daily routines, play, and community experiences
- Monitor progress through clear, meaningful documentation and adjust plans to support continued growth
- Partner with families through education, coaching, and home strategies to promote carryover
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (OT, SLP, etc.) to provide holistic, child-centered care
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $70,000 – $100,000 annually (full-time), based on experience

What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT or equivalent)
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric therapy
- A strengths-based, connection-focused approach with children and families
- Strong understanding of child development and motor learning
- Ability to create functional, individualized care plans
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfort with EMR documentation
