What We’re Looking For
We are seeking an entrepreneurial and ambitious marketing manager to lead growth across both brands in the $1.4 billion Colorado wedding and elopement industry. With no dominant national players, this is a rare opportunity to build two category-leading brands in an underserved market.
This is a startup-style environment where you’ll have significant freedom to test bold ideas, move quickly, and take smart risks to achieve meaningful results. You’ll work closely with the founder to develop strategy and budgets, while taking full ownership of execution across paid ads, organic content, email marketing, analytics, and growth systems. You’ll also be supported by a small but highly capable team of freelancers and agencies. As the business grows, strong performance in this role will create opportunities for expanded responsibilities and future leadership over a growing marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & Execute Core Growth Channels – Own and manage our primary marketing channels: paid advertising (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.), organic social media, and email marketing.
- Test & Expand Secondary Channels – Experiment and scale secondary channels including organic SEO, influencer marketing, partnerships, and podcasts.
- Optimize Customer Acquisition – Lower customer acquisition costs while increasing lead volume, consult bookings, and paid conversions.
- Marketing Attribution & Analytics – Build and manage full-funnel tracking, attribution models, and ROI reporting for all marketing efforts.
- AI Integration – Leverage and integrate AI tools and workflows into marketing operations to improve efficiency, enhance content creation, and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Highly entrepreneurial and proactive; thrives in fast-paced, high-autonomy environments.
- Data-driven with a strong growth optimization mindset.
- Proven ability to build marketing systems from scratch.
- Hands-on experience running PPC campaigns, managing organic social content, and executing email marketing.
- Familiarity with SEO, influencer marketing, partnerships, and emerging growth channels.
- Working knowledge of AI tools for content, analytics, and automation a strong plus.
- 5 years of marketing experience with a demonstrated track record of meaningful results.
- Experience in industries with emotional purchase journeys (weddings, luxury services, travel, or similar) strongly preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $80K – $100K base salary, plus performance-based bonuses.
- Healthcare (medical, dental, vision) after 3 months.
