We are a Sandpoint, Idaho tax and accounting firm seeking temporary, part-time Client Services Front Desk Office Support during tax season. This is a client-facing role (both in person and remotely) in a fast-paced office environment and is best suited for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and staying busy.
This position requires strong professionalism, adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
What this role involves:
- Greeting clients and assisting at the front desk
- Preparing and sending client emails with accuracy & professionalism
- Answering phones and directing inquiries appropriately
- Supporting daily office operations in a high-volume tax office
- Following established procedures and confidentiality standards
- Learning technology and its related systems/processes quickly
