Adventure ABA, LLC is growing and looking for Part-Time In-Home Autism Behavior Technicians to support children and families across the Tucson area, including Oro Valley, Marana, Sahuarita, Vail, and nearby communities.
In this role, you'll provide one-on-one support in the home, helping children with autism build communication, social, and daily living skills through engaging, play-based learning.
No prior ABA experience is needed. If you have a high school diploma or equivalent, we'll provide supported Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training, along with hands-on guidance and ongoing support from our clinical team.

💰 Compensation: $18–$28 per hour

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
As an In-Home Behavior Technician, you'll work directly with children and their families, implementing individualized therapy plans created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Your role will include:
- Providing one-on-one therapy using structured and play-based activities
- Supporting the development of communication, social, and life skills
- Tracking session progress through simple data collection
- Encouraging independence and celebrating achievements along the way

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're seeking individuals who are dependable, patient, and motivated to learn.
Minimum qualifications include:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to sit on the floor and actively engage during sessions
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between client homes in the Tucson area
