Job Summary:
Assists the management in the development and execution of fundraising strategy and in all aspects of fund development. Develops strategic plan to support foundation growth, with emphasis on individual donor management, volunteer engagement, communications and community relations.
Job Requirements:
Education and Work Experience:
- Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
- Bachelor's Degree: Preferred
- Five years' fundraising experience: Preferred
Essential Functions:
- Develops community relations development plan and strategies to engage community members as volunteers and potential donors. Develops strategic development of the annual fundraising plan to support foundation growth.
- Manages daily operations of the foundation. Develops, executes and follows-up donor campaigns including individual donors, major gifts, annual appeal and annual fundraising events.
- Assists in the development of outgoing communications and public relations for the foundation. Works collaboratively with other departments in the development and implementation of marketing and public relations activities. Represents the Ministry at various external fundraising, community and governmental meetings.
- Creates and implements corporate partnership and sponsorship programs. Organizes periodic community outreach and education events to share the mission of the Foundation.
- Develops support and participation from potential donors and volunteers.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Pay Range: The estimated base pay for this position is $78,000 to $105,309.
