We are seeking to add a Customer Service Data Entry Clerk to our team. This role is responsible for accurate entry of customer information, survey responses, and transactional data into proprietary and cloud-based systems. The ideal candidate will maintain files, review data for discrepancies, and generate logs to support efficient data management. Occasional travel may be required, and collaboration with other departments will happen frequently to ensure data accuracy and issue resolution.
Responsibilities
- Enter a variety of customer service data using current technology
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry and review
- Create and maintain logs for tracking data processing
- Review and enter updates accurately into systems
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in data received
- Report data-related issues to the supervisor
- Maintain organized files and records for easy access
