The role you'll contribute:
Plans, supervises, and is responsible for each shifts assigned workload. Ensures work is completed in a timely manner and in accordance with departmental policies and procedures. Responsible for the supervision of daily management of the implant program, and work as a backup.
The value you'll bring to the team:
- Plans, supervises, and coordinates the daily activities of each shift.
- Coordinates the requisitioning, receipt, storage and distribution of supplies, instruments, and equipment.
- Plans and supervises orientation and performance improvement of staff members.
- Supervises in the management implant inventory.
- Assists the manager in administration of operational expenses.
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:
- High School diploma or equivalent upon hire
- Experience in all areas of central supply upon hire
- Current Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) certificate upon hire
