Work Hours/Shift:
Full Time Days

You Will Be Responsible For:
- Maintains established productivity standards and supply expense metrics. Accountable for monthly departmental variances, budget, FTE, and expense variance reports/associated action plans
- Plans and implements overall imaging policies, procedures, and services for aligned departments
- Assesses patient care quality and coordinates patient care services with patients, staff, physicians, and other departments
- Manages staff relations, including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management.
- Oversees scheduling, recruitment, hiring, firing, payroll, and student engagement
Qualifications
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field OR Associates degree AND Two years of technical experience AND Must be working towards obtaining Bachelor's degree in accordance with facility policy
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologist
- BLS through American Heart Association
- Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist
- Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer
- Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer
- Amer Reg Diag Med Sonography
- Certified Radiologic Tech
