AdventHealth Sebring is seeking an Internal Medicine Program Director to help lead and shape the next generation of clinicians in our high-performing—and rapidly growing—training program. By 2027 our Sebring campus will be home to 45 IM and 24 FM Residents along with LECOM Medical Students. We’re part of AdventHealth, a nationally recognized, not-for-profit health system with 50 hospitals across 9 states.
Our Sebring campus is seeking an Internal Medicine Program Director for a progressive program with a unique blend of community charm and professional growth.

Provide oversight, evaluation, and review of residents and faculty performance and compliance with required encounters in accordance with the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) Internal Medicine Residency requirements and CMS requirements.
- BC/BE Internal Medicine (Board Certification required)
- Active Florida medical license – or ability to obtain
- Experienced outpatient Internal Medicine physician with academic & research background
- Passion for teaching: outpatient precepting teaching conferences
- Be part of a program on the rise/ State of the Art Facility
- Monday–Thursday 8a-5p; Friday 8a-12noon schedule/ no weekends
- 45 Internal Medicine Residents
- LECOM Medical Students
- EPIC EMR, DAX AI Scribe, Collegial Med Staff, Excellent long tenured support staff
