Schedule: Part-Time 2x12hour shifts/week 7p-7a with rotating weekends

The community you'll be caring for: AdventHealth Redmond
The role you'll contribute: Responsible for acting as both the administrative and patient relations representative outside of standard business hours and as a clinical resource facilitator for nursing departments. This position ensures the seamless operation of the Nursing Department through effective leadership and guidance to Unit team members. Facilitates intradepartmental communication and activities, bolstering the delivery of exceptional patient care by adhering to and reinforcing the facility's policies and procedures. This position plays a critical role in the overall success of the Nursing Department by upholding the organization's values and mission.

- Provides clinical and administrative supervision after regular business hours.
- Manages hospital personnel and resources to meet standards, goals, and department requirements.
- Reassigns employees to different duties to optimize skills, abilities, and workloads.
- Makes regular rounds to identify problems and facilitate efficient resolution.
- Reviews reports on hospital activities and initiates or responds with appropriate actions.
Qualifications
The expertise and experience you'll need to succeed:
- Associate's of Nursing Required
- 1 Year of experience as a supervisor, charge nurse, or comparable leadership experience Required
- 3 Years of nursing experience Required
- Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) Required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) Required
