The role you'll contribute:
Responsible for the effective implementation of the philosophy, goals, policies, and procedures of the hospital and the surgery department. This position oversees the coordination of robotic equipment, supplies, and implants necessary for patient care within the Surgical Services Department. This role works with robotic physicians to coordinate requests for each procedure scheduled. In addition, this position reviews and revises schedules with physicians, ensures all equipment is ordered timely and available, and works with vendors on new products. Additionally, this role collects information on new products for evaluation, maintains robotic preference cards, and acts as a liaison between physicians and the Surgical Services Department. Responsibilities for this role include supporting ongoing nursing and management with the needs of the schedule.

- Applies basic hands-on computer knowledge and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); working knowledge of Cerner is an asset.
- Demonstrates leadership and potential supervisory/managerial competency, including effective communication, problem-solving, and ability to coach and motivate others.
- Deals efficiently and effectively with a wide variety of individuals, maintaining calm and focus during stressful situations.
Qualifications
The expertise and experience you'll need to succeed:
- Associate's of Nursing [Required]
- 1 years of leadership or nursing management experience [Required]
- Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
