Collects all necessary data for Medical Staff, Malpractice, and Managed Care credentialing within 30 days of signed Letter of Intent for new providers, acquisitions, and temporary providers. Stores and inputs provider documents and information into the credentialing system, populating initial credentialing applications for Risk and Managed Care. Provides credentialing information and detailed instructions to providers immediately following signed Letter of Intent. Oversees Medical Staff Credentialing process for multiple campuses throughout the division. Provides regular, thorough reports on provider status to applicable leaders and alerts higher management when timelines are missed or in jeopardy. Works closely with Risk, Medical Staff, and Managed Care teams to ensure timely credentialing completion. Coordinates New Provider Orientation, New Employee Experience, and various training schedules. Conducts HR processing including benefit enrollment, drug screenings, employment verification, and requests for marketing materials and EMR access. Ensures provider background checks and National Provider Databank reports are conducted and completed. Notifies all applicable departments of impending provider and new practice acquisition start dates. Coordinates collection and distribution of all provider status-related forms related to provider changes. Manages Medical Staff and Managed Care recredentialing for all existing providers at multiple campuses, including Medicaid, Medicare, and Tricare re-enrollment. Other duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams. [Required]

Education:
- Bachelor's [Preferred]
Field of Study:
